As I research these builds they can become extremely intense as to how far one chooses to make a clone or replica of these rifles. I'll research the serial numbers more and just pick one of the receivers to use. I was lucky to find the serial I did as it is very close to the "right" range but I wasn't making a big deal of it. I dont know the exact number ranges but they are around here somewhere.īUT, not having the exact serial range doesn't make it any less a good rifle. The next batch was from the 80's I think, and those were "E" prefix serials. Well, there's a lot of the info you seek here, but you have to dig a bit as I learned.īut the first batch was from 1968 I think and six digit serials- older than your numbers.
